ACDA’s business and institutional partners that want to exhibit at the 2018 ACDA Central and North Central Regional Conference in Chicago and advertise in the electronic conference program app are encouraged to send in your reservation in the near future. The conference begins on the evening of Wednesday, February 14, 2018 and concludes following the honor choir concerts on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Exhibits will be centrally located in the beautiful International Ballroom at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park, the conference headquarters hotel. Registration, interest sessions, and choral reading sessions will also be located at the Fairmont.
Jason McKee, Exhibits Chair for the 2018 conference, reports that the International Ballroom is configured to accommodate fifty-six 8 x 10 booths . Jason will be onsite in Chicago and will assign booths on a first-come, first-serve basis as registrations are received. To reserve a booth or advertising, download and complete the reservation form (below), then fax, mail or scan and email to Sindy Hail, ACDA’s new Advertising and Exhibits Manager (email@example.com). ACDA is working with Stetson Convention Services for the 2018 conference.
