Greetings Friends Of NC-ACDA,

The North Central Division of the American Choral Directors Association invites you to exhibit at its February 8-11, 2012 conference, to be held in Madison, WI. The exhibit space is a "dream come true" for you, since all exhibits will be located in the Overture Hall lobby, Main lobby, and Promenade lobby of the beautiful Overture Center for the Arts (click here). All conference performances will take place in Overture Hall, so ACDA members will move through and to your exhibit many times each day. You're sure to have high volume traffic throughout the conference.

Details:

  • There are 32 booths available; 17 in the main lobby and 15 in the Promenade lobby. We will reserve them on a "first come, first served" basis.
  • Each booth is 8' x 10'.
  • Each booth will have one 20 amp electrical service included in the rental price.
  • Pipe and drape is provided.
  • Each booth will have high speed Wi fi internet included in the rental price.
  • Exhibit fees are: $450 for the first booth and $400 for each additional space.
  • Exhibit hours will be:
    Thursday, Feb. 9, and Friday, Feb. 10 - 7:30-8:45 - dedicated exhibit time; 8:45-5:30 - exhibits open
    Saturday, Feb. 11 - 7:30-8:45 - dedicated exhibit time; 8:45-10:30 - exhibits open
  • We would like to have the exhibits open immediately following the opening concert of the conference on Wednesday, February 8, from 9:00 to 10:15. We'd like to feature a reception during this time and are looking for sponsorship of this reception. Please contact me if you are interested in sponsoring or co-sponsoring the reception.
  • There is no drayage charge inside the Overture Center. The Center does have limited space for storage for exhibitors to ship goods a few days in advance at no charge. The shipping address is:
    Overture Center for the Arts, North Central ACDA, 121 North Henry Street, Madison, WI 53711.
  • Exhibit security is the responsibility of the exhibitor. The lobby will be open only to conference participants and there will be general security to the building.
